Barbarella - Back To The 1980s

For a limited period in May Barbarella will be turning the clock back to the 1980s. 

They will be offering a selection of classic dishes from an original 1980s menu and that's not all, because the prices are from the 1980s too.

Newly appointed Head Chef Lauren Clement Delbos was inspired to recreate a selection of Italian dishes, using an original 1980s menu sent in from a loyal customer.

You'll be served meals that were popular, when the restaurant first originally opened over 40 years ago.

Back then their customers dined out on Mediterranean dishes featuring 1980s favourites such as, Baked Avocado with prawns and lobster sauce and Duckling baked with apple quarters simmered in Cinzano Bianco. 


This offer is available Tuesday – Thursday until Thursday 23rd May 2013 from 7.30pm.

The classic dishes will be served to a maximum of fifty diners per evening, alongside Barbarella's carefully curated (and modern-priced) wine list cocktail selection and dessert trolley.

While you enjoy your meal live bands and pianists will provid the entertainment.


And if you're lucky you might even spot their famous diner, Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran. Now how 1980s would that be!
